Course Name: Special Projects in Photography
Course Number: PHOT 99
Course Objectives:
  • Students that complete PHOT 99 will be able maintain accurate and complete records of the project activities over the semester and submit them to their professor.
  • Students that complete PHOT 99 will be able to expand a chosen idea, through an approved method of exploration.
  • Students that complete PHOT 99 will be able to present findings with an appropriate mode -- photographs, report, multimedia or poster presentation.
  • Student will present researched data on the industry standard for a unique skill attributed to their specific area of study, such as; portraiture(lighting),what is the main style of lighting; landscape(composition),what is the general composition rules for landscape, etc.
  • Student will create print(s) demonstrating a unique skill attributed to their specific area of study, such as; portraiture(lighting),what is the main style of lighting; landscape(composition),what is the general composition rules for landscape, etc.
  • Students that complete PHOT 99 will be able to enhance his/her understanding of a specific problem or topic in photography.
  • Students that complete PHOT 99 will be able begin, continue or complete a project in cooperation with an instructor.
